Process for Webinar Registration and Joining

Step 1: Registration

• Students will receive a webinar registration link shared by the institute/organizer.
• Click on the provided registration link.
• Fill in the required details (such as Name, Email ID, etc.) on the registration form.
• After completing the form, submit your registration.
• Once registered successfully, a confirmation email containing the webinar joining link will be sent to your provided email address.

Step 2: Joining the Webinar

For Students Using Mobile Phones:

• Go to Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
• Search for “Zoho Webinar” and download the app.
• Open your email inbox and find the webinar invitation email.
• Click on the joining link provided in the email.
• The Zoho Webinar App will open automatically, and you will be able to join the webinar.

For Students Using Laptop or Computer:

• Open your email inbox on your laptop/computer.
• Locate the webinar joining link in the email you received after registration.
• Click on the joining link — it will open directly in your web browser.
• No software installation or download is required.
• You can now join and attend the webinar.

Important Notes

• Ensure you register with a valid and active email ID to receive the joining link.
• Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox.
• Join the webinar 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid delays.
• Maintain a stable internet connection for a smooth webinar experience.
